YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE – RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Junior Cup U11 – 2025 Tournament
This Release of Liability (“Release”) applies to all schools participating in the Youth Football League Junior Cup U11 Tournament 2025.

By registering a team, each school acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for obtaining the necessary consent and authorization from parents/guardians of all participating students. In securing such permission, schools confirm that parents/guardians have agreed to release the Youth Football League, its affiliates, agents, employees, directors, officers, and partners from all claims, responsibilities, or liabilities arising from participation in the Tournament.

The Youth Football League’s role is limited to organizing and hosting the Tournament. The League is not responsible for supervision of players outside of official matches, personal expenses, injuries, or incidents.

Furthermore, schools agree that the Youth Football League and its affiliates are authorized to use photographs, video recordings, and the likeness of participants for promotional and reporting purposes, without expectation of compensation or additional consent.

By submitting registration, each school accepts these terms and undertakes the responsibility of ensuring all parents/guardians are informed and have granted permission for their child’s participation.
